Q: How do I charge the Chillport fan? A: It charges via USB — plug into any USB port, wall adapter, or power bank. Full charge takes about 90 minutes.

Q: How many speed settings does it have? A: 3 speed settings — low, medium, and high. Start on low and work up to your comfort level.

Q: What does the digital display show? A: Real-time ambient temperature so you always know exactly how hot it is around you.

Q: What colors are available? A: White, Green, and Black. All three have the same features and digital display.

Q: Is it loud? A: No — it runs quietly on all settings. You can use it at your desk, in a meeting, or anywhere without disturbing anyone.

Orders & Returns

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to make changes. After that the order enters fulfillment.

Q: What's your return policy? A: 30 days, no questions asked. If you're not happy we'll make it right.

Q: My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? A: Check your tracking link first. If it's been over 12 business days with no delivery, contact us and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
